I owned an Xbox 360 gaming console that I had purchase 3 years earlier. It was working for the most part, but here and there it would not load my games. Two weeks before Christmas, when I turned it on I had audio, but no video.Since it was near Christmas I waited until after the holdiays to take care of it. When I called customer support, they informed me that my warranty expired on December 28, just 5 days after I called, and they wanted $140 to fix my system with no warranty after it was fixed. If I had used TrackWarranties.com, this never would have happened to me.
